Return policy

Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the winter boots are shipped or produced. If the order is cancelled, you will receive a full refund. We cannot cancel the order once the boots have already been shipped out.

Returns (if applicable)

We accept returns of our winter footwear. Customers have the right to apply for a return within 14 days after receipt of the boots. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unworn, clean, and in the same condition as when you received it. It must be returned in its original shoe box and packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Customers will be charged shipping costs no more than once (this includes return shipping). No restocking fee will be charged to consumers for boot returns.

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your returned boots are received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming receipt. We will also notify you whether your refund request has been approved or rejected. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be issued to your credit card or original payment method within a reasonable number of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you have not yet received your refund, please first check your bank account. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time for the refund to be officially posted. Next, reach out to your bank; there is often internal processing time before a refund appears in your account. If you have completed all these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact our Customer Service at JanessaqMayr58@gmail.com to obtain the return address.

Notice: Customs duties and import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient and will NOT be refunded by us under any circumstance.
